Alicia has been practicing Pilates for over five years. She enjoys the challenge of Pilates while finding that Phases offers the community she was seeking, she will tell you that the studio is her happy place and she just wants everyone she teaches to feel the joy that Pilates has brought her. Alicia is currently working on her certification through the Contrology Academy.
