  • Level 2 Phases Fitness Instructor & 4th generation Classical certification
  • Education: 4th Generation Century Pilates Instructor Training Program Comprehensive Classical Pilates Instructor

Molly Evans is a 4th generation, comprehensively certified classical Pilates Instructor through the globally accredited Century Pilates Instructor Training program, meeting over 600 hours of training requirements.

Molly‘s first Pilates class was in 2008 when she was 10 years old. Her ballet studio included a weekly mat class taught by Chacha Gurrero, with the occasional appearance made by Romana Kryzanowska herself. At the time, Molly was completely unaware of the incredible gift that was being given to her at such a young age. She came back to her Pilates practice in 2022 and the rest is history.

Molly's passion for Pilates stems from her first love, classical ballet. She often states that it has the flow and grace of ballet without the actual dancing. It's the most fun she's had exercising and moving her body since retiring her pointe shoes. When you take Molly's class, she hopes you feel the same thrill she does and leave feeling accomplished and empowered.

A noteworthy fact about Molly is the 17+ years of classical, Russian ballet experience she has under her belt. She trained under names in the field such as Alexander Vetrov of the Bolshoi Ballet and Paul Mejia, former New York City Ballet principal dancer, and the son of Joseph Pilates's protégé, Romana Kryzanowska.

When she's not at the studio, you can find Molly spending time with her two cats, watching football, reading a book, or finding a fun new spot to grab a drink with friends at.
