- We keep our class sizes limited to just 6–7 attendees to ensure you receive the personalized attention you deserve. You will learn to navigate the Reformer and Tower with confidence, following expert cueing that meets you exactly where you are in your current phase of life. Our instructors provide real-time adjustments to ensure you feel both supported and challenged in every movement.

Preparing for Your First Phase
Before your first session, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to get acquainted with our North Arlington studio. Simply bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic attire.
